These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Quiet Framez website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
ABOUT QUIET FRAMEZ
Quiet Framez offers original photographic prints created from photographs by the photographer behind Quiet Framez.
Website operator and contact information is available on the Imprint page.
PRODUCTS
Photographic prints are produced on demand using the specifications shown on each product page.
Product pages describe the available print sizes, paper, border and whether the print is framed or unframed.
Images displayed on screens are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Slight differences in colour, brightness or appearance may occur because of individual display settings and the physical printing process.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
The total amount payable will be shown before the order is completed. Any applicable taxes will be displayed as required.
Standard shipping is included in the listed print price, so no additional standard shipping charge is added at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Quiet Framez does not directly store full payment-card details.
ORDER FULFILMENT
Prints are produced and fulfilled by Printful on behalf of Quiet Framez.
After an order has been placed, the information necessary to produce and deliver the order is transmitted to Printful.
Because prints are produced on demand, production begins after an order is accepted.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, availability, carrier and production location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Quiet Framez is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Risk of loss or damage remains with Quiet Framez until the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may be imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers who are entitled to EU/EEA consumer protection generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform Quiet Framez of the decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. This may be done by email or by another clear statement communicating the decision to withdraw.
After notifying Quiet Framez, the customer must return the print in accordance with the return instructions provided. The print must be securely packaged for return to prevent damage in transit.
The customer may handle and inspect the print only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, including damage, marks, creases, tears, punctures or other deterioration occurring after delivery. Where returned goods show such diminished value, Quiet Framez may reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the objectively diminished value of the print.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where the print was already damaged, defective, misprinted or otherwise non-conforming when delivered. Claims concerning such issues should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and, where available, accompanied by photographs of the print and its packaging to help determine the nature and likely cause of the damage.
Unless Quiet Framez agrees otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, no later than 14 days after Quiet Framez has been informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. Quiet Framez may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back.
Exchanges are not offered. Where applicable, customers may instead exercise their statutory right of withdrawal or contact Quiet Framez regarding damaged, defective or incorrect orders.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If a print arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Quiet Framez as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs showing the issue.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
Consumers in the EU benefit from the applicable legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are sent for on-demand production after purchase, please contact Quiet Framez immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
If production has not yet begun, cancellation may be possible. Once production has started, cancellation before dispatch may not always be operationally possible.
This section does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply after delivery.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs, images and other original visual content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Quiet Framez unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a photographic print transfers ownership of the physical print only. No copyright, reproduction, licensing or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the purchaser.
Photographs may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, distributed, published, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior written permission from Quiet Framez.
Ownership of a physical print does not prevent its lawful resale as that same physical item, but it does not grant the purchaser any right to reproduce or commercially exploit the underlying photograph.
WEBSITE CONTENT
Reasonable efforts are made to keep product descriptions, pricing and other information accurate. Quiet Framez reserves the right to correct genuine errors or omissions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.
PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the website, products, services or applicable law.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed.
WITHDRAWAL FROM A PURCHASE
Customers entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal may notify Quiet Framez of their decision within the applicable 14-day period.
