Use this form if you wish to exercise your statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Returns & Withdrawal

Eligible EU/EEA consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless Quiet Framez agrees otherwise. Returned prints must be securely packaged and may only be handled as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and condition.
Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and may be withheld until the returned goods are received or evidence of return is provided.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect orders are handled separately and do not affect statutory consumer rights.
